Failing test suite on some architectures

I updated alcotest to 1.7.0 in Debian, and got errors on many architectures (bytecode ones?), see logs.

This issue might have already been fixed by commit 219dc8b. Could you test with the latest main branch?

I cherry-picked said commit (on top of 1.7.0) in an armel chroot, and the package builds successfully.
