Investigate if set_default_enum_values_on_schema utility is needed anymore.

Since few versions GraphQLEnumType sets default Python representations for enum values to strings from their names - exactly the case set_default_enum_values_on_schema takes care of. We should investigate if this is also done when enums are created from SDL string.
