requirements(_dev).txt URL:s Broken

The URL's in the Requirements(_dev).txt are no longer valid, and is breaking the installation. What is the suggested fix please?

I use Python 3.10 instead of 3.7 like in the docs and changed the URL to: git+https://github.com..... for both entries. that seemed to work
specifically:

-e git://github.com/mischkadb/flask-security.git@38195f03d7762c561817910453c8d0c3a03094d4#egg=Flask_Security
-e git://github.com/maxcountryman/flask-uploads.git@f66d7dc93e684fa0a3a4350a38e41ae00483a796#egg=Flask_Uploads

to

-e git+https://github.com/mischkadb/flask-security.git@38195f03d7762c561817910453c8d0c3a03094d4#egg=Flask_Security
