HTTP requests to GitHub API does not support $GITHUB_TOKEN and thus get 403 because of low rate limits

Hit by this myself today.

The root cause is that all GitHub API calls hardcode headers without an auth token. A simple fix is to replace the repeated headers table with a helper function:

Workaround

Set "aqua:neovim/neovim" = "latest" in mise.toml instead of neovim
