enchant_with_levels doesn't show up in preview #832
Description
In the loot table generator tool, applying the "Enchant with levels" function does not show in the preview. It worked fine up to 1.20 - 1.20.1 version of the tool, but seems broken from 1.21 - 1.21.1 forward. However, the loot table is generated correctly and it works fine in-game, enchanting the item accordingly.
May be related to #585 which was marked as resolved.
Below I attach the expected behavior and the current behavior.
Expected behavior (up to 1.20 - 1.20.1)
Current behavior (example for 1.21.9 - 1.21.10, same behavior for other 1.21 subversions)
To reproduce the issue, simply go to the loot table generator, select version 1.21 (or any other subersion) and apply the "Enchant with levels" function to an entry inside a pool. When enabling the preview, that entry will appear as unenchanted. However, the corresponding function is actually enchanting the item, and will be enchanted in-game.
