Bug: Messages do not load properly when first opening the .zip directory

They are parsed and cached, but the message manager on the front-end isn't correctly getting them and is instead trying to read from the empty cache. Message manager needs to correctly handle the cache read after the zip file is parsed instead of trying to execute on an undefined element.
