Is it possible to revive the app?

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to revive the app?

For using xCloud on my Shield TV, I use the "Better xCloud" Android app now, which works great.

But for Luna there is still no official Android TV app ou there. At the moment I'm using the Fire TV version from APKMirror, ...

... but the app sometimes stops working and asks for an update. Which is not always available on APKMirror yet. So it can take a few days before you can continue using Luna.

So having an app like "Better xCloud", but for Luna, would be great. And I would be very happy, if that app could be updated again to make this possible.

And the APK provided here still works for you? Because for me when I try to start a game, I get an error message that I’m trying to play with an unsupported OS (on Nvidia Shield TV).

Or maybe it doesn’t work for me because I’m in Germany? Because it seems the app never worked in other countries?

But I managed to make Luna work in sideloaded Edge Canary. So I have a backup solution when the Fire TV app wants to be updated first.

@Dune-jr So you mean you use the Fire TV app as a sideload. That's what I do too, but the problem with that is that sometimes the app stops working and wants to be updated first. Which is a problem if the updated app version is not available on APKMirror yet.

That's why I asked to revive that app. An app that would open the Luna website using the Android System WebView (like the Better xCloud app does) should always work.
