Compilation takes forever with MAX_JOBS=32

Hi,

It is really a wonderful work and I would love to have a try with it; I'd like to thank the authors for releasing the kernels! While I found that the compilation takes forever on my machine though ninja is properly installed. I then noticed that the installation actually works if I use a smaller MAX_JOBS like 2 to 4. I don't know if it is because I'm compiling on a machine with fewer CPU cores (like 16 or 32); maybe this information can be useful.
