Include "Updated on MM/YYYY" - Date at the bottom of the website

Need a way to log processing runs in a way that is accessible to the front end. Probably new table in backend db. Split from #20 

Would also be good to list a run history in documentation. I also like including references to gh histories in websites, but should be pretty buried in the UI.
