old docs need some love

Docs state

import { SupabaseStrategy } from '@afaik/remix-auth-supabase-strategy';

but 'remix' nowadays should be '@remix-run/node', '@afaik/remix-auth-supabase-strategy' should be 'remix-auth-supabase', etc.
