Refactor google analytics code to be compatible with v4

The previous generation of Google Analytics will stop processing new hits in July 2023. We should make whatever changes are required to ensure that video views continue to be recorded with the new version.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Analytics data continues to be processed for views
• The "Show Analytics" graph (and supporting API call) continues to work

We can remove the "Show Analytics" graph.

I'd like to maintain the basic tracking of page views and video plays. We can stop tracking custom events, like switching the camera views.
