node-sass is deprecated, latest version incompatible with video.js plugin #992

From the npm page for node-sass:
Warning: LibSass and Node Sass are deprecated. While they will continue to receive maintenance releases indefinitely, there are no plans to add additional features or compatibility with any new CSS or Sass features. Projects that still use it should move onto Dart Sass.
On a related note, the latest version of node-sass recommended by dependabot is incompatible with an old videojs plugin that hasn't been updated in years: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@contently/videojs-annotation-comments
