Describe the bug
Executing the "COM hijacking via TreatAs" ability fails, although I got the following output:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an adversary with the ability: "COM hijacking via TreatAs".
2. Run it on Elevated Win agent.
3. See it failed successfully.

Expected behavior
Return success on ability run.
