chore: expand beads board to 47 cards with full work breakdown

Phase 2: 8 subtasks (prop renames, activator slots, .sync, tabs, lists, data tables, forms, layout)
Phase 3: 7 subtasks (one per library replacement)
Phase 4: 8 subtasks (4 mixin conversions, 4 store migration batches)
Phase 5: 6 subtasks (components by category, least→most dependencies)
Phase 6: 3 subtasks (visual QA, security audit, performance benchmark)
Phase 1: 1 subtask (theme/SASS migration)

Each card has description with specific files, counts, and migration details.
Each card has acceptance criteria checklist.
Board is self-contained — no external docs needed to start work.
