Status selection of "Applicable - Configurable" not setting the correct fields for editing

Selecting "Applicable - Configurable" on any requirement sets the requirement to show the Justification field as editable, instead of the Check and Fix like intended. All other

Selecting other statuses works as normal.

Still open on prod build on a brand-new project:

May be unrelated but seems close - When I select Applicable - Configurable and then try to edit the control, I can not save Check or Fix text, it defaults back to the original check or fix text.
