Support multiple `paginatedField` for complex sorting scenarios

Currently, it appears the library restricts pagination to a single paginatedField (apart from the accompanying _id). Would it be feasible to support pagination across multiple fields simultaneously, allowing for more complex sorting scenarios?

Is this something that could be considered, or are there known limitations that prevent it?

Would the sortAscending flag apply to both props? If not, how would you reverse sorting?
