`torchaudio` pinned version

Any reason for removing the pinned version? I assume that the initial lock was here to prevent against a regression or API changes, which might now have been fixed since. If everything is working well, I would suggest you at least pin forward, for example

torchaudio>=2.7.1

I'm running both torch and torchaudio at version 2.6.0, seems to work fine.
I was getting compatibility errors when I installed with torchaudio 2.2, so I updated torchaudio.
I think the version lock might be for the older original demucs code, but for HTDemucs code later versions work fine.
