Though, do we need to list all these "Bump actions/.." PRs?

I know we list them in 2.6.0 changelog, but perhaps this isn't relevant in patch changelog?

A fixup does not work with the changelog.
You need to autosqash and in addition amend something.
I usually add a new line that is tan removed by pre-commit.
This forces pre commit to correct the timestamp in metainfo file.
