Saved loop triggers from endpoint

Bug Description

Found this behaviour today.

When activating the saved hotcue/loop from an stoped deck the expected behaviour is to jump to the beginning of the loop, activate the loop, and play the song.

For some reason it activated from the end so the playback started outside the loop:

I can confirm.
Without quantize saved loops activate just fine, no matter where the play position is.
With quantize enabled:

• deck stopped, saved loop position slightly off (ie. not exactly on beat)
• playpos somewhere else
• click saved loop cue
  -> jumps to the quantized position, even without another track loaded
  -> starts playing

However, when the playpos is already at the cue it activates as expected, ie. no quantized seek

Issue seems to be related to looping since previewing a regular hotcue works just fine, regardless if quantize is enabled.
I'll take a look.

Btw seems we don't have a test for this situation -- or it's not set up correctly.
