LateNight: Filter knob disapperas when no filter is selected

Bug Description

I came across this issue after disabling EQs and Filter in the Preferences. My first impression was that the skin option for showing EQ was broken. But it turns out that it was my fault.

Nevertheless I think it is in consistent to hide the filter button when no filter effect is selected. This is more like a runtime option. Something where the button shall remain in disabled state.

Do we want to keep the EQ buttons also? We have the skin feature to hide the buttons.

I am not quite sure what you are suggesting

• hide EQ knobs -> Quick Effect knob is also hidden
• hide EQ Kill buttons -> Quick Effect toggle is also hidden
• clear EQs and/or Quick Effect in preferences -> skin knobs+buttons are hidden
