Binder doesn't set up the right environment

Hi,
I wanted to complete the notebooks interactively using Binder. However, nipype don't seem to be installed in the environment as the module is not found when it should be imported.
Before trying to run cells in a notebook, I didn't take any step to setup the environment. If it is a necessary step, I apologize I did not find the information on how to do the setup.

I have also encountered this error, and it appears that it has not been fixed. The Binder environment does not work as it seems to fail to deploy the container correctly.
