Add testing coverage for adstrmk

In the existing Jasminegraph system, streaming graph uploading using Kafka (command: adstrmk) has no testing coverage. To add testing for Kafka streaming-related tasks, when setting up the environment for testing, Kafka-related containers need to be up and running, and also a Kafka topic needs to be created programmatically to publish graph data into that topic.

This environmental setup should be done for both modes of the Jasminegraph system running (Docker mode and k8s mode).
