SEO Vital Monitor Architecture

Purpose

seo-vital-monitor models the SEO performance layer that sits between frontend releases and inbound demand quality. It turns Core Web Vitals drift, Lighthouse regression, and route-level degradation into clear priorities before acquisition performance erodes.
