API Keys not being sent

I've tried multiple times to get an API key, but I never receive an email.

I complete the first API request form at https://mjml.io/api (which then redirects to the Typeform), but neither seem to work.

Is there a different method of obtaining a key?

Hi @BrandKits, I've just tested this and received the credentials immediately. Did you fill in the Typeform form and receive the message 'Thank you for filling the form....'? Check your junk mail and also you can ask your service provider.

@iRyusa, is there somewhere that requests are logged?

Thanks for the reply. I've just tried again in case you can see logs. After the first captcha I get the Typeform, then after filling that get the "Thank you for filling the form Paul. You should receive your API credentials in a minute." - but no email is sent.

And yes I've checked (Gmail) spam.

I think it's only a typeform hook that send the email via Mailjet, so maybe in Typeform?

We can determine from the logs that you must have signed up previously (over a month ago) as there is an existing user for your email address, which explains why the email isn't coming through this time.

I've verified that the process is working by signing up and receiving the email so it's likely that you missed the email the first time around and it won't send another one if it finds an existing user. We'll be looking to update this process at some point but for now this is what we're working with.

So we've reset your account so you can retry with that email address and then check for the email coming through, either in your main inbox or your spam. Failing that, you can try a different email address, maybe with a different provider.

Yes I signed up years ago and have been a big fan and regular user of MJML, but have only had one API key for different clients. Recently we had an issue where the emails weren't rendering, and I wondered whether it was because multiple sites were using the same API key and sending campaigns at the same time?

If you have reset my account, does that invalidate the API key I have already as that's a big issue for me? I will have to change a lot of env variables.

Apologies for that, it's been rolled back. I was querying the reset with our Ops team about the possibility of resetting and they went ahead and did it before I could confirm with you.

Currently we do have a sending limit via the API as it's provided for free, so I'd suggest maybe signing up for another API key with a different email address.
