Any interest in adding cmake support for building adaptagrams?

I recently synced up to the latest version and updated my earlier cmake build support in my fork.

It's not perfect, but it provides out of source building, builds without errors on macOS and Ubuntu and builds all the tests via ctest with 100% passing.

I have submitted PR83, which is a significant improvement over the older PR54.
