Hello author, why when I was looking at the yaml document of the network structure, the number of layers you marked did not match the number I actually counted. Are there some layers that are not counted? Or is there any other calculation method?

I suggest you try to run the model.train() with the code to print the summary of this model and view the layers in it. Please refer to ultralytics/yolov5#11334.
