TTS Highlight Line being read [Feature Request]

We can see the line at the bottom which is being converted to speech. Could you kindly highlight the line in the text window itself, and scroll the window when text is getting out of view.

This will really help focus on the TTS and text.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've been thinking about something similar for some time, but I haven't had the time to implement it. Maybe in a future release...

@fastrizwaan That's cool! I didn't know Piper has an API for synchronizing text and audio. I'll definitely check it out. Thanks.
