3D Model site responding slow

Hi Team, Will you guide me the directions when i try to launch the three.js model site link https://projects.markkellogg.org/threejs/gaussian_splats_3d_demos/garden.html?mode=0 which responds very slowly in my chrome browser and consumes the overall CPU performance of the browser itself and even when I did it in the GPU machine , advice how to make the 3D model site effectively works what are all the system prerequisites needed.
