Candle lighting when given a date

Sent command zmanim:denver 7/24/2009 and it did not give me candle lighting.

We can make a method getDefaultZmanimList(Date) which updates accordingly. That 
does
make things a bit more complicated, as the methods we have currently to edit 
the list
might have to change, and we probably won't want to store the default zmanim 
list in
user settings, unless they specifically set it. (Unless we want to 
automatically add
in candlelighting and disregard the user-set default list. I wouldn't actually 
have a
problem with that.)
