Update Proxmox to 9.x

I noticed that an older version of telmate/proxmox is still present in main.tf for the lxc container.

If you are using Proxmox 9.0 or higher, here is the entry:

}
}

For your information: I use this configuration with Proxmox VE 9.0.11.
