Description
- reconsider the categorization of different transition types (single-event, reccurent events...). Don't need table and graphik, graphic suffices
- C_I -> C_i
- make explicit how to calculate all-cause hazard, all-cause cumulative-hazard, all-cause survival probability.
- Make a clear example for CIF, it's calculation and show graphic with interpretation
- Also introduce the Aalen-Johanson estimator for CR and MSM here, similar to KM/NA in the survival section
- Adapt description of Figure 5.2. It should be clear that those are just exemplary representations of different possible multi-state models. Mention Illness-Death only in the end (with reference)
- More details on the transition matrix (and replace 0 with zeros). Talk about diagonal elements, etc. Make notation general, than show example for a specific use case (illness-death) or similar.
- Reconsider recurrent events section (leave out for now, but maybe add later with much more exposition + examples). maybe avoid terms like "clock-forward", "clock-reset" if it doesn't help understanding
