ctor 0.6.0 on github

Hey! thanks for your work on ctor. I saw there's a new release 0.6.0 on crates.io, but the new version doesn't appear to exist in the repository, so it's hard to know what changed 😇 Could you push it up?

Also wanted to pipe up here from Mozilla, as somebody who handles the auditing of new deps frequently. It's a (minor) supply-chain risk to have crate releases that don't make it to the repository. It's also unfortunately easy to forget to push up something being cargo publish'd unless you're using a tool like cargo-release. 😅

For anybody who actually wants to audit the difference, cargo vet diff or Diff.rs are nice tools for seeing a diff. Here's a link to the latter's view of 0.5.0 → 0.6.0: https://diff.rs/ctor/0.5.0/ctor/0.6.0/Cargo.toml

Make your own judgment if security is something that requires vigor in your organization, but this (rather small) diff only appears to bump versions and consume #347.

Thanks for the heads up, looks like the publish commit wasn't pushed. Fixed!

Now that we have trusted publishing, I'll try to get a workflow set up so we can push from the repo rather than by hand.
