Facebook Sharer does not longer work as expected

What happened?

Facebook has changed how to do share buttons. That means that this is no longer working.

Expected behavior

When clicking the share link it should actually share the link on Facebook, but it comes up empty at the moment.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Click on the share link, and see.
