What happened?

Twitter has been rebranded to X, which leaves _includes/social-share.html deprecated with twitter colors and urls still. It should probably be rewritten for X.

Expected behavior

Make it possible to share on X instead using the share buttons.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Just fire up the site and look on a post with social share turned on.
