4ed 9.6.1 Markup for link to GGX is broken #31

Description

@cursedquail

On this page

which the conceptual microsurface is composed of vast numbers of ellipsoidal
bumps.<button style="button" data-toggle="tooltip" data-placement="right" data-html="true" class="btn footnote-button" title="The same model was also independently derived by Walter et&nbsp;al.
(<a href="Further_Reading.html#cite:Walter07">2007</a>), who dubbed it &ldquo;GGX.&rdquo;">
      &dagger;
    </button>

This markup causes 2007) Who dubbed it GGX"" to appear inline in the text. Apologies, my screenshot tool is not working or else I would include a screenshot. I suspect this is due to the use of the anchor element within the title attribute of the button - potentially a bug in the export process?

I intended to submit a patch for this, but after messing with it for a few minutes I'm not sure how to do it in a way that preserves the link to the citation and keeps the discussion of GGX in a tooltip. You may consider inlining the tooltip into the body of the paragraph? That might cause the online edition to differ from the print edition, which may have problems of it's own.

I'm using firefox on linux, but I've also repro'd this issue using chrome on android.
