Migrate to MystMD or other provider

mkdocs-material folks now suggest using Zensical. I might try a PR to see if the switch a) works and b) improves things at all. I did a quick check and it supports mkdocs.yml natively and mike for multi-docs deployment, so hopefully it wouldn't be too painful.

-1 on this. I'd much rather strategize about how to get all our docs sites using the same config (e.g., focus energy on migrating to MystMD).

I played with it a bit... the docstring mangler currently doesn't support backlinking (so we can't link to our config vars for example in changelogs!). So it would need to wait anyway

yeah, zensical is still way behind in supporting all the features/plugins/extensions that mkdocs supported (before its implosion)
