@JuliusWelzel and @bruAristimunha want to use the recent features in downstream software.

We should plan a date for a new release. @drammock would you like to wait a bit with that so there is time to get the EMG PR in?

Anything else we should wait for?

would be nice to get #1129 in, but it's still waiting on reviewers :) At this point I'm just working on coverage. I think it would be OK if it were an early merge into dev after the 0.18 release too.

Since I requested the release, waiting for EMG isn't a big problem for me, but if possible, no more than two weeks.
