Re-build stable documentation

Instead of building the doc with the correct version number, I moved the dev doc to stable, which is probably what brokes the version selector for that specific version.

The stable doc should be replaced with a local build from the maint/0.6 branch.

That was not the issue, now I'm lost as to why the version selector is (agian) broken for stable.

@drammock If by any chance you have an idea as to why the version selector is partially broken for stable v0.6:

Compared to e.g. 0.5:

The redirection to the correct build is working, it's just the name that is not displaying in the drop-down menu.
