Add a notice for anti-fingerprinting tools regarding terrain view

Anti-fingerprinting tech in browsers like Brave (through Brave Shield) prevents the Terrain data from loading on the Mapbox map. Need to add that notice for people to be aware, ideally detecting their useragent or presence of that. 

Might be difficult with privacy-focused browsers disguising their UA though.
