beforeFind middleware

Hey! I would be very grateful if you could add the beforeFind middleware or something similar.

This will be useful, for example, when we encrypt data using the beforeCreate middleware before entering it into the database. Thanks to beforeFind, the manifest will also handle decryption and you won't have to do it in the application code.

I think I could help, but unfortunately I don't know if adding it in crud-events.ts will be enough.
