Describe the bug
UIParticle.GetBakeCamera doesn't use the canvas world camera in any way if UseCustomView is toggled on. The bake camera's rotation and position should match the world camera to avoid rendering particles sideways.

Expected behavior
Would expect the particles to render aligned to the camera, like the rest of the UI. Instead, it renders rotated to global Quaternion.Identity.
