Feature request: static analysis for empty `Observer`

Hello,

It would be really cool to have a static analysis tool to see in IDEs, or just in terminal if there are empty Observers, without having to run the app to check for every "No observables detected in the build method of Observer" message.

Do you think that could be possible?
