## Is Mocha Messenger open source?

No. Mocha Messenger Service client and production code remain private.

## Why is there a public Messenger repository?

To provide public documentation, screenshots, roadmap notes, issue intake, and a place for community suggestions.

## Can I submit pull requests?

Yes, for public-facing docs, wiki content, mockups, and carefully scoped proposals. Accepted product changes may be ported manually into the private repository.
