add server command line options to make targets/directories unique

For local machine testing, it would be helpful for the server daemon to have the ability to automatically generate unique filenames and paths, particularly for the bake targets, so that multiple servers can be launched with mpiexec more easily.

The easiest way to do this will be to (optionally) append the daemon's pid to the paths produced at the end of argument parsing.
