Ability to change the trajectory prediction duration while landed #4177

While your own vessel isn't moving your target might be, and right now once you have landed you are stuck with the prediction "tollerance" and "steps" that you had selected before landing as those windows become blank after touchdown. This means that if you had a very short prediction you might even be unable to see the trajectory of your target vessel all together. Even when the trajectory is visible you might just have a single orbit of prediction which is not ideal to plan a launch into RV.
