Entering and exiting Tracking Station triggers full round of SLA warnings

Every time I went into and out of the tracking station I got another set "Out of SLA" messages.

I had 2 different contracts so it was 12-16 messages after each visit to the Tracking Station.

1. I was under 0% 7-day-connectivity for all my connections at the time (beginning of the month)
2. After I accumulated enough connectivity, I got the regular messages that connectivity was restored and no new messages were generated by entering/exiting the Tracking Station

I seem to see what the issue is caused by. Some stations are just renamed when in not flight, like Moscow to Schelkovo. These two screenshots are taken in the tracking station and in flight
