I've managed to generate AL Code from your seminar sample once, but after that now, every time I open the workspace your extencio show this message:

When I go to check the output, the only information i get is this:

• Uninstalling and installing the mdal pugin again did not solve the problem.
• Tring it in a new AL: GO! project did not work

Which version of VS Code, of the mdAL extension, and of Java is installed on your machine? And could you check if there is additional output logging in the output tab (with "mdAL Language Server" selected in the drop down field)?

My vsCode version is 1.50.1:

The JRE Version is jre1.8.0_261

And there is no additional logging in the output tab, only the connection error:

I tried to reproduce the issue in a similar environment but I was not successful. However, related to the error message you provided I found this issue mentioning that this could be related to opening a folder with a trailing space. After testing I can say that this breaks the mdAL extension as well as the AL extension. Is this also the case for your environment? Could you also check the developer console for additional error logging (Help -> Toggle Developer Tools -> Console)?

I checked the Developer console and I tried it again disabling some extensions that i had.
The following error happened when i tried to open the .mdal file:

I just updated the node dependencies of the mdAL VS Code extension and published release 0.3.2. Could you please update your mdAL extension installation and try again? If this doesn't help we could schedule a call if you like to figure this out.
