I'm building an MCP Server with the SDK and its going along pretty well. I'd like to start writing tests (via NUnit). How can I best spin up a server that I can then test via the MCP Client? I'm thinking step one would be to test the STDIO transport, then I can use WebApplicationFactory to spin up the SSE transport, I'd guess.

My big ask is getting the testing documentation updated. I'm happy to help drive that - and contribute back if that would be helpful. I'm also happy just asking questions. :)
