Create guidelines for reviewers #37
Description
Since there is typically only 1 round of reviews, it is important that the formatting of papers is checked by the reviewers at the first submission. As such, it would be helpful to add a list of things that reviewers are expected to check for. This list might as well be public and visible also to authors.
