FMI-LS-BUS Demos shall be ported from 1.0.0-beta.1 to 1.0.0-rc.1

The FMI-LS-BUS demo FMUs for version 1.0.0 are currently still for version 1.0.0-beta.1. However, the current version of the FMI-LS-BUS is 1.0.0-rc.1. The demo FMUs should be adapted accordingly. Regarding 1.0.0-beta.1, configuration terminals were introduced in version 1.0.0-rc.1 (see https://modelica.github.io/fmi-ls-bus/main/#low-cut-configuration-terminal). These must be considered accordingly (i.e., the obsolete "Bus Notification Parameter" structural parameter must be replaced).
